Our shipments are always insured by Poste Spa.

As soon as you receive your parcel, you should do this:

  • Check immediately if the packaging is damaged on the outside,
  • open the box in front of the carrier and check if everything is ok;
  • when you sign the document to the carrier, please declare the damage, make mobile photos of packaging and broken piece;
  • send the photos by email to with your order number.
  • We will send you a new piece as soon as possible.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Costantini Glass Beads wants you to love your new purchase. If however you need to return an item we are here to help.

For returns, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We accept returns and will offer a full refund on in stock items only (this does not include made to order or custom items).

Returned items must be in original condition and not show any signs of wear or use.

  • It can only be sent back to us after requesting and completing our return document. The return must be sent to:
  • It must be sent back within 5 days from the date we accept the return request.
  • It must be unused, new and undamaged.
  • It must be returned complete with all its parts and accessories.
  • It must be sent in its original packaging, and packaged as received.
  • The shipment must be communicated on the day that the package will be sent, communicating the tracking number, if possible.

Once return is received, all items will be carefully examined and full refund or store credit will be issued within 5 days.

Please note that refund/store credit will be issued for value of merchandise returned only (shipping fees will not be credited and are at clients expense).

All custom and made to order purchases are nonrefundable. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If you have any questions about returns, please contact us here.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, will be issued within 5 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
